Paris' Dance Academy

Paris’ Dance Academy is a Christian based Dance School with two studio locations (Brazoria, TX and Lake Jackson, TX) We offer Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Creative Movement, Contemporary, Drama, Choreography, Ribbon Dance, Pom/Kick and Tumbling classes.

 

Our programs begins with pre-dance classes for ages 2-6. These classes are specifically designed to inspire creativity and artistic expression at an early age. Our goal with this age is to share the joy of movement with music and props and to give a very positive environment to experiment, grow and have fun!

Moving into beginner level classes, we begin to specifically define the movement and the technique of each individual dance style that dancers pursues. At this age, we want dancers to carry themselves well with good posture, grace, style and class. Dancers will begin to add more complex dance steps to their training but still focusing on artistic expression.

Our intermediate level dancers maintain their artistic expression and carry themselves with confidence. At this level, technique becomes a priority. Dancers begin to focus on proper alignment, positions are precise and dancers will begin to learn more complex progressions and choreography. Students are encouraged to develop their flexibility outside of the class room by practicing at home. At this level we progress fairly quickly. Our program is specifically designed to help students advance and learn in an efficient way.

Adult Classes were designed to provide dancers of all levels the opportunity to begin or continue in the art. Classes are taught in an organized manner being certain that no one is left behind.
