Private Lessons

Four categories are available for Privates Lessons at the Paris’ Dance Academy:

General, Solo, Duet and Trio.

General Private Lessons (GPL) are for students who desire extra help outside of

regular class time. During GPL, the dancer will receive special 1-on-1 time with the

instructor to better train in technique and classroom routines. All classes and age

groups may take General Private Lessons. GPLs are available for morning and

evening sessions Monday-Saturday based on the students’ needs and calendar

availability. General Private Lessons are $25/hr.

Solo Private Lessons (SPL) are for students who desire to perform a Solo Dance

Routine at one of the Paris’ Dance Academy’s Studio Performances. The dancer may

choose the style of his/her routine: Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary , Pom, Tumbling or

Ballet. All songs and routines will be chosen and choreographed by Mrs. Brandi and
reviewed with the student over the course of 4 sessions. (SPL dancers will be given
2-4 weeks to practice, after that time, SPL students will meet (according to both the student’s and Mrs. Brandi’s schedule) for their remaining 3 sessions to finalize and perfect their personalized routine.) Solo Private Lessons are available for students ages 5 and up, including adult performers. Sessions may be scheduled morning or evenings, Monday- Saturday. Solo Private Lessons are $150 per routine. All sessions will meet 60 minutes. (If the student needs additional instruction, refer to General Private Lessons.)

Duet Private Lessons (DPL) are for students who desire to perform a Duet (group of 2 dancers) Dance Routine at one of the Paris’ Dance Academy ’s Studio Performances. Dancers may choose the style of their routine: Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Pom, Acro or Ballet.All songs and routines will be chosen and choreographed by Mrs. Brandi and reviewed with the students over the course of 4 sessions. (After the 1st session, students will be given 2-4 weeks to practice. After that time, DPL students will meet (according to both participants and Mrs. Brandi’s schedule) for the remaining 3 sessions to finalize and perfect their personalized routine.) Duet Private Lessons are available for students ages 7 and up, including adult performers. Sessions may be scheduled morning or evenings, Monday- Saturday. Duet Private Lessons are $220 per routine ($110 per participant). All sessions will meet 60 minutes. (If students need additional instruction, refer to General Private Lessons.The GPL rate applies to each child.)

Trio Privates Lessons (TPL) are for students who desire to perform a Trio (group of three dancers) Dance Routine at one of the Paris’ Dance Academy’s Studio Performances. Dancers may choose the style of their routine: Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Pom, Acro or Ballet. However, all songs and routines will be chosen and choreographed by Mrs. Brandi and reviewed with the students over the course of 4 sessions. (After the 1st session, the students will be given 2-4 weeks to practice. After that time, TPL students will meet (according to all three participants and Mrs. Brandi’s schedule) for the remaining 3 sessions to finalize and perfect their personalized routine.) Trio Private Lessons are available for students ages 7 and up, including adult performers. Sessions may be scheduled morning or evenings, Monday- Saturday. Trio Private Lessons are $300 per routine ($100 per participant). All sessions will meet 60 minutes. (If students need additional instruction, refer to General Private Lessons. The GPL rate applies to each child.)

All Private Lessons must be prepaid and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lessons are provided only to the intended student. Additional students may not join in a private lesson.
